RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES ONLY (NO REFUNDS)
All purchased items are eligible for exchange within 2 business days of delivery. Please note that refunds are not provided.


2-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.


RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Accompanied by all original tags

  • Returned in the original packaging

  2. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item back to our Oshawa location

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange


EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to initiate the process.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Stitched or altered items

  • Intimate apparel

  • Items marked as Final Sale
