We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Sunday)
- Ready2Ship items are processed same-day when ordered before 2:00 PM EST
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships
DELIVERY TIME
- Ontario: 2-5 business days
- Quebec & Manitoba: 3-6 business days
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC: 4-7 business days
- Atlantic provinces & Territories: 5-8 business days
- Ready2Ship eligible items: 2-day delivery option available
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within Canada.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email

ORDER CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@desicolorclothing.com or (905) 244-4349. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:
1. Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email
2. Contact us at info@desicolorclothing.com with your order number
3. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We do not ship internationally.
